What’s better than planning a wedding for two awesome people? Planning their wedding and getting to spend Canada Day weekend at the lake! Amber and Matt’s wedding at Clear Lake was filled with pretty rustic details and festive Canada Day fun.
Clear Lake in Riding Mountain National Park is such a beautiful place! The weather was perfect for their outdoor ceremony and the pre-reception Canada Day party; guests enjoyed games and refreshments before heading to the reception at Danceland.
Danceland is the perfect rustic venue for a Canadian style lake wedding – wooden beams and a log cabin feel – amazing! I loved Amber’s color choices for her flowers. The rich colors and greenery looked so beautiful in the natural setting. Thanks to their fab vendors for making their day so beautiful!
One of my favorite parts of the weekend was hanging out with Melissa from Sugar and Soul Photography – just wait until you see these images. Stunning!
Ashgrove Acres is the perfect venue if you want that rustic glam feel, and it was the perfect location for Jennifer and Abe’s big day. Their summer wedding had all the prettiness needed for a perfect rustic glam wedding.
There was so much love that surrounded Jennifer and Abe on their wedding day, it was truly indescribable. It was so much fun working with them to plan their dream wedding day and every detail was so much fun to bring together. Jennifer had a hard time deciding which colours to go with so she decided to go with all of them – and I am so glad she did! The pops of red, mauve and navy with the gold, ivory and their greenery was the perfect look for their summer wedding. She also wanted a bit of sparkle, so gold sequin table runners were added with candles and greenery for the centerpieces. The room looked absolutely dreamy all lit up with candlelight and the amazing chandeliers. And the best part, the rain cleared up after dinner and a gorgeous rainbow appeared – amazing!
